SHIPPING POLICY

SLK Aroma offers free shipping on purchases of $75 or more to customers located within the continental US. Purchases of less than $75.00 will incur a shipping fee of $7.95 Standard shipping for all packages is UPS ground shipping. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SLK Aroma offers a 15 day, limited return policy on its diffusion systems. If you are unsatisfied with your diffusion system purchase for any reason, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to request a full 100% refund. To ensure a smooth return process please make sure your item is returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging and we'll process your refund back to the original purchase method. After 15 days requests for refund can no longer be accepted.

Order cancellation rights:

​

You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

​

The deadline for cancelling an order is 15 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. You will be refunded according to the Condition for Returns policy below.

Conditions for Returns:

​

1. If your purchase is defective, meaning that the diffuser is damaged or not working, You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost. SLK Aroma will provided you with a pre-paid return shipping label and will refund you as per the above policy.  In order to receive a pre-paid shipping label for your return you will be required to give Our customer service team the opportunity to examine your product through either a phone call or a video chat. If it is determined that your machine is defective we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

2. If your machine is determined not to be defective but you are instead dissatisfied with your purchase, you may still be granted a full refund minus a 15% shipping and re-stocking fee. Your machine must be in as-new condition and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund.

3. Aroma oils, Hotel Scents, and Luxury home scents cannot be returned, and there is no refund offered for Aroma oils.

Return Requirements:

1. Return Authorization Number provided by SLK Aroma customer service. Without an RAN, we are unable to accept your return. In order to receive your RAN, you may be asked to first submit pictures of the product you are wishing to return. Customer service reserves the right to deny a return or refund request if the product does not meet the above specification.
